Celebrating Orgasm Reviews

DEAR MAYOR - Second installment: Armando Siri

Vulcan has interviewed candidates for mayor in municipal elections in Milan on topics ranging from youth policy, in employment, public transport. Today is the turn of Armando Siri, Italy for the New Party, founded in September 2010 on the initiative of the same Siri. His program and its objectives are contained in the book "new Italy - The Beginning", published by Adm .

1.The 'SOS Racket seems to be increasingly alone in the fight against the Mafia. Recent events concerning the case of 'ALER seem to be the tip of an iceberg that will not dissolve. Lace do not talk loudly, but many will pay, even in c by Milan. What is your proposal for a contrast on the lace, the racket, the Mafia behavior has become increasingly prevalent in the region of Lombardy?

now too often and not just to the south Italy, as telling the most popular novels on the topic, people prefer to pay "protection money" rather than any taxes. A nation that needs special laws about the Mafia because it is unable to enforce the ordinary ones, is a country that declares its failure and his weakness. As Mayor I will only have the local police station in my program that will be more committed to the safety to the citizens who make the fines for no parking. The national reform I have in mind the state will be able to exercise real power without the constraints of a failed system as "democracy." There will be no more space for the mob.

2. Have you ever broken the law?

"Who among you has never violated the law to throw the first stone on this woman "... with this beautiful phrase the biggest revolutionary of all time (Jesus) awoke the murderous group that wanted to stone the adulteress. And at the time the law was written in stone. When parking the car where you can not, in the evening when I happen to do before going on the fast track, I am aware of violating the "law". Other than that I have not ventured. But if a law was patently unfair and against my freedom of peaceful expression, I would not scruple to violate it and fight with all our strength for it to be canceled. Very few laws and common sense are what I believe. Less than "against" and more "next" è il mio motto.

3. Come si muove a Milano? Mezzi pubblici, bicicletta o automobile?

A me piace moltissimo muovermi a piedi.

Come you are faced with initiatives such as the presence of condom machines in schools? What do you think of the clash, which last year saw the involvement of the ASL in Milan and the Lombardy Region, on the ways in which they kept their sexual education courses and led to the suspension of the same?

I think it is useful and needed a good sex education at school and I strongly believe that we need every means to encourage girls to use condoms during sexual intercourse. I know that is not the best but life is more important than having it off there for them. Especially because then perhaps you did with someone who really loved her and if you have the misfortune to get a disease when you meet the love of your life you bite your hands because you can not live it fully. Sex is not taboo and must be spoken. Love, unlike sex, live better. And the words in this case too.

5. Before his political career about, what does he do?

do not know if the policy is a "career", it sure is a passion that I have since a kid. I've always been a bit 'revolutionary. I do not know why, but many things in this world I are just fine. So I decided to write what I liked and also Instead, what I like and want. My commitment now to do it and live and grow into reality. Meanwhile, I still the entrepreneur in the field of renewable energies and in the editorial.

6. What kind of education he received from his parents and schools who attended?

From my mother I received little education but very emotional conditioning. Let's say I run more with the right side of the brain and the left, where right means "creativity" and left standing for "logic." Schools little or nothing. I've always lived my commitment to school erratic and rebellious. While I had the extraordinary fortune to encounter in my path of life masters from whom I learned many things about others and myself. On myself of course work is still in progress ...

7. The Transatlantic Trends report shows that in Italy the perception of the percentage of immigration is four times greater than the reality. In Milan, Padua or via the events of the Roma camp in via Triboniano show that the social temperature remains hot. What do you think their priorities should be to calm the situation? How will plan to move the municipality and its services to implement integration with alternative instruments for the sole intervention of the police?

I always thought that the issue of immigration is very tied to the perception of "same conditions" of life in the reality that Italian citizens and even those in Milan they need to feel safe. It is incorrect to talk about immigration and immigrants. I believe that no show in Milan and no Italian "impatience" if 3000 Canadian and U.S. citizens were to live in Milan, although non-EU immigrants. Here the theme is "poverty" and "degradation". We can not live forever in the sense of guilt and expiation of sin to have reached a level of "hygiene" and organizing citizens who want not only maintain but also improve in order to feel better. Everyone has to contribute to this. Including foreign peoples who come to Milan. We can not allow that there are people who can think of coming to Italy or Milan to do what they want without regard to the reality they find. I think this happens to everyone at home. I go to someone's house and I adjust, otherwise I do not like I'm leaving. The Mayor with his direct powers can do little, but certainly what I'd do the concert (of course) with the other organs of the state is to restore conditions for coexistence with the standards of our city and our country: those who do not accept them and not helps to adapt it back where it came from.

In the 80 young people it was said that the diploma was not enough to find work and it took his degree, graduating 90 years was not enough and it took the master, in 2000 the master was not enough and it took the stage for free now what to say in 2011? The point is that we can not all be educated but unemployed. Our country and our culture predisposes us to extraordinary talents and capabilities related to creativity. In my opinion this is the direction to be taken to be made in the future. The field manufacturing, handicraft, agriculture, renewable energy and design. Who said that a tailor or a farmer or a farmer or grower, or carpenter must necessarily be ignorant? Maybe a tailor, he studied art history and knows 3 languages, a carpenter and a decorator engraver who said he should not graduate? All of these occupations that we see with the eyes of the past, they may regain dignity in this time and perhaps the key to our future. Without taking away from the inventions and research, where culture and tradition we have nothing to envy anyone.

9. What is the his vision of Milan? What will the social and environmental benefits to the citizens of Milan Expo and its visitors?

Expo brings immediate benefits on infrastructure and certainly the presence of many Italian and foreign visitors will bring wealth to the city. Everything's up to how you organize the event. It is not easy to please everyone, it never was, not even the Expo 2015 will succeed. But it is of utmost importance that a good thing remains the next day. When everything is finished. This is the challenge for me.

10. From an estimate made in 2005 by UNRAE circulating in the municipality of Milan and 800 000 vehicles of which about 30 000 are non-catalyzed (3.8%). The more modern machines that meet the more stringent European directives in terms of pollution, in Italy are less than one in three, while Milan are about 42 percent. Yet, Milan has exceeded the limits of PM10 for 35 times in just the first 38 days of this year. To enter the circle of ramparts you pay the Congestion Charge. Some studies indicate that a new generation of diesel SUV (€ 4, € 5, which then fails to pay the Congestion Charge) pollutes as much as € 2 a gas station, which instead must pay the Congestion Charge. It could reach the unfortunate conclusion that those who have the money to buy a new car does not pay the Congestion Charge, who did not pay him the money instead. Both are running the economy, both pollute. What do you mean? How is going to this project "Eco"?

One of the four points of my program is the coverage of the town roads with asphalt catalyst capable of absorbing up to 50% of pollutants and particulate emissions from cars. Already many large cities like San Francisco, Shanghai, Montreal and others did. Among other things, this track is made in Italy. Of course it is a bit 'more expensive but worth it. The resources will come with the introduction of an annual sticker (how Swiss) of € 150 for parking in the city. This will lead to the abolition of stamp colored stripes and the decrease in police Local ban on staging that will only hinder or danger. Moreover, if we think we have for 20 years funded with public money the incentive to buy the car to support the labor market and the economy. But it seems plain that with our money (maybe those fines) the state incentives for the purchase of the car then ask those who bought it to keep it in the garage? The cars are part of our life, we must work to ensure that their use is as harmonious as possible with our health and the environment. I believe that the road resurfacing is a good compromise. Of course, the Congestion Charge was abolished and I plan to build more parking lots sotterranei con superfici verdi.

L’uomo è perennially in search of a compromise between convenience and health. Everything that can be done in this direction will be done without neglecting anything.

12. You drink the tap water in her house?

Ops ... are almost never at home. But I have often, especially at night.

13. In Milan there are many empty houses, vacant or abandoned for many years. While others are given to friends of friends or people who can afford but far beyond what is charged (the case of Affittopoli, Trivulzio & C).. According to data from Sunia, this year's vacation for students a Milano hanno subito un rincaro del 10%.

Let me be more precise, but this is the goal. As for the Trivulzio seems like a bad show.

14. She has never worked without receiving any money?

Yes, on several occasions. Sometimes it was a waste of time and sometimes it was a very useful and educational.

15. How much you will spend roughly to his campaign?

Approximately 100 thousand euro, however, will depend on the generosity of friends who support me ..

The culture exists if everyone makes it exist. If I put on a show where I think I have to consider that this makes sense if we have the spectators who come to see it, spread the word, and many others like it fill the room. But if it is not risk to do it for myself or for the few, but then I can not withdraw money from the pocket of Mr. Rossi does not care anything about my show to allow Mr. White to see him. It must work because it makes sense, otherwise it is not the fault of the City: it is a given fact that there is sufficient demand for culture. Then each citizen make a reflection in this regard. What the City the organized society must do is to enable smaller organizations to publicize events to facilitate the start-up so to speak so they can at least be able to be seen. Then the choice is up to everyone whether to participate or not.

17. Private universities were in Milan last place of visits of Parliament, government and members of the municipal government. San Raffaele, Cattolica, Bocconi Iulm seem to recall more and more bourgeois salons of Milan and municipal representation. State universities such as University of the Bicocca University and the Polytechnic, especially the first two, were not worthy of this passerella. Cosa ne pensa e cosa farà in merito?

18. If he were elected "Mayor of Milan", which will be its first three actions against Young, the University and the job?

free Wifi internet access because I believe that access to the network is now essential to access knowledge from both sides to understand how the bottom of the conscience of each individual makes a difference to the fact that of course you live in real life and not on the web.

Transportation working 24-24h, liberalization of shopping hours and public services, as happens in the great capitals of the world, including the opening of libraries.

to work are very honest, the mayor can do little, but the PIN is a new point of view not only in Milan seeks a revolution for a new Italy, where the opportunity to work not only a sentence without sense and without actually written into the Constitution, but it will be a reality in real life. We just started and we get to the realization of this desire. The Revolution begins in Milan and grew up in Italy.
