I have no idea on what to call it. Many have dubbed the "Black Bar Annoying ... and how the wrong. seems so 'suddenly, overnight, without warning ... but above all CAN NOT 'disabled!
I hate this bar.
Dear developers who work for YouTube, I only ask one thing ... give me a stupid funzioncina that allows me to disable it without the use of unorthodox systems ... PLEASE!
But does anyone know how to report this perhaps have something to developers? I tried to ravanare between the different sections but I did not find any "contact" section. How sad ...
